Our company, Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Co. Inc was founded by the late Don Daniel L. Mercado in 1963, An all-Filipino life insurance company, it has been serving the life insurance needs of more than 1.3 million policyholders and their families with over P35 billion business in force for 46 years now.
Insurance companies are carefully regulated and closely supervised by the Insurance Commission with an established Insurance Code that safeguards the margin of insolvency, security fund, asset values and investment restrictions.
Furthermore, Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Inc. was issued its Certificate of Authority # 2008/31-R last July 1, 2008, the first insurance company to have been issued a CA for the period.

Signing of memorandum of agreement where Prudential will provide Permanent Plans planholders with benefits ranging from group credit life insurance, group annual renewable term, accidental death and dismemberment, waiver of installment due to permanent disability, total and permanent disability income benefit.
